“Little Ginger” – 9 hours old

This Thanksgiving, I had so much to be thankful for: family, friends, good health, and the safe delivery of “Little Ginger” who graced us with her presence at 6 lbs 6 oz.

She is the sweetest little baby and is absolutely adored by her big brother, Wee Scotch:

You have the best excuse ever for not blogging recently — Congratulations on the expansion of your gorgeous family!I have been enjoying reading your blog for the last few days, particularily your memories of Chinese food. Here is a “thank you for sharing” link to a recent NYT article about the renaissance of Chinatowns, including Mott Street, I think you will enjoy http://www.nytimes.com/2014/01/26/travel/chinatown-revisited.html. Maybe it will inspire you to get back to recording your own memories to share with that new baby some day!
