I love starting my day with this healthy smoothie made with bananas, frozen raspberries, milk and whatever juice is in my fridge - usually OJ - Enjoy!


  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (or other frozen berries)
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup orange juice or cranberry juice


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high-speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy!
