I’m Sandy (aka “Ginger”). I’m a New Yorker at heart, Chinese and Vietnamese by upbringing. My husband “Scotch” hails from Scotland and we have been expats in Dubai since 2007.

My noodle-making obsession started with a simple recipe of just flour and water and some elbow grease. So simple and so fresh, no preservatives.
