instant noodles are all halal unless they are specifically sold in the pork section so you shouldn't have any problems.

as for Chinese black bean sauce, i have bought them in most major supermarkets like Al Maya, Choithrams, Spinney's, Waitrose, etc. It is sold in a jar or bottle where the Chinese sauces are (such as Hoisin sauce, Plum Sauce, Satay Sauce, etc). You just have to look around because it isn't always consistently stocked. for the actual Chinese black beans, you may have to try the Chinese supermarkets in International city – that's where I bought my last packet.
